Thank you for shopping with CUKAYO. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly, safely, and affordably as possible. Please review the details below for information on shipping timelines, methods, and more.


📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow additional time during high-volume periods such as holidays, sales, or new product launches.


🚚 Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat rate or calculated at checkout

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $[insert threshold, e.g., 50]

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier performance.


🌎 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping via our online store. If you're a retailer or wholesale partner outside the U.S., please contact us for custom order fulfillment options.


🧾 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

If your tracking number shows as delivered but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your front desk (if applicable)

  2. Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early

  3. Contact the shipping carrier for further assistance

  4. Then email us at orders@cukayo.com with your order number — we’ll help you out.


🔁 Shipping Delays

CUKAYO is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier backlogs

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

  • Customs clearance delays (for special bulk orders)

We will do our best to help you locate your package if it's delayed or lost.


❌ Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can re-ship it, but you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.


📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and contact us at orders@cukayo.com within 5 business days of delivery.

We will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
