At CUKAYO, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase.


No Returns on Opened Food Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened or used food items.

If your item is unopened, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping charges may apply.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect or defective

Please contact us at orders@cukayo.com within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.


Final Sale Items

  • Sale items and promotional bundles are final sale and not eligible for refund unless defective.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

If we approve the return of an unopened item, you are responsible for shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect. We’ll provide the return address once confirmed.

GENERAL POLICY

We do not accept returns on any opened or consumed food products. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise defective, we will replace the item or issue a refund.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Unopened items: Returnable within 14 days of delivery (buyer pays shipping unless defective)

  • Opened items: Not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene standards

  • Wholesale/bulk shipments: Must report damages or discrepancies within 5 days of delivery


DAMAGE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Email orders@cukayo.com

  2. Include order number, description of issue, and clear photo evidence

  3. Await confirmation from our team within 1 business day


REFUNDS

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Allow 5–10 business days depending on your provider

  • Final sale items and custom-labeled orders are non-refundable


FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • Promotional bundles

  • Gift cards

  • Private label / custom printed items
